To install, extract the archive using WINZip/WinRAR/7Zip/Unarchiver and place the contents into your Tray folder in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. This makes the home a lot bigger then it looks but can be reconfigured for people’s personal needs. It still offers independence but it also connected to the main part of the house.
This home is designed to be multi-generational: the left wing is design to be self-accommodating for the elderly family members. Overall i am really happy with this house and how it turned out. I found a modern farmhouse and just had to build it as it picked up on the back and white in one of the window styles. I really struggled to choose a style to use them on as everything I tried just looks off.
